Amir Sehat, as the director and chief property adviser & buyer advocate at Property Demand, has guided hundreds of home buyers and investors through the company's services and educational tools such as blog posts, seminars, podcasts, and TV shows.

He has earned the nickname 'Property Nerd' due to his data-driven approach to researching 15,000 suburbs across Australia, identifying booming suburbs as prime investment destinations.

His experience in strategic planning and property investment, combined with an academic background in Real Estate and Civil Engineering and master's degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Project Management, has empowered their clients to make informed and successful investment decisions.

When not at his desk, Amir enjoys reading, learning, meditating, and going for bushwalks.

He values family time above all. As a dedicated husband and father, he adores his little daughter, Sophie, and takes care of his elderly parents, reflecting his firm belief in reciprocating the love and care of those who have given their all to us.
